Something for those who like pancakes savory version. Actually, these are the croquettes and great for barszczyku. I did a little experiment with cake batter, and so I got involved, that is not what I signed proportions I used. Everything was so. eye, but I think everyone does that in the case of batter. So, pancakes, they are not just any ;) As I wrote in the title are gluten-free, and this with the addition of soy milk, so that the dough thicker and I feel that pancakes have grown thick and "bulky" unless such a term exists :) pancake batter: I added 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, and I think about a glass of soy milk and gluten-free concentrate wholemeal flour so that the dough was dense. I think everyone will give advice in the preparation of this uncomplicated cake :) With that comes a lot of dough pancakes, I did 3 croquettes, the rest ate sweet :)
Mushrooms, and onions into cubes, cook hard-boiled eggs and also cook. On the hot frying pan pour a little olive oil and toss onions gummy bear and mushrooms in a moment. Fry until golden brown, pull off the pan, add the eggs. The whole frame the quite intensively with salt, pepper and mayonnaise to combined all together.
