Since I was busy half the day trying today to scroll me through all my cookbooks because of the upcoming Christmas dinner (oh joy!), I have also had the cookbook by Björn Moschinski once again in the hands. Björn Moschinski definitely one of my favorite chefs, not least because I was in Berlin just love his two vegan restaurants here!
