How nice that you come take my cookbook a look! This blog is my answer to a question I often get:

Popeye chicken pot pie would be really happy of this omelet filled with spinach and you may also! He is ready in no time and requires few ingredients. For me it was a tasty 'home late / tired / hungry'-rescue .. 1 large bag of fresh, washed spinach (400g) 5 eggs 2 tbsp oil for frying 100g feta sea salt freshly ground pepper
Let the spinach on medium heat while stirring dwindle in a large wok (do not add water). Allow the oil to heat up in a skillet. chicken pot pie Once the spinach fits in a frying pan, add them to the oil and divide over the skillet. Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper and pour over the spinach. Cut the feta into cubes and spread on the omelet. Let the omelet with a lid and cook about 10 minutes. Serve with dark bread. Main course for 2 people, cooking time 25 minutes.
