I wish the NY Cheesecake with all its creaminess look like this, would like with all its elegance and finesse to the Japanese cheesecake have something oktoberfest 2012 to do with this, or maybe ... for! you may be exaggerating a bit, but every morsel I give this cake I ask again and again, is this tart final cheese ?, what is sure is that it is one of my favorites, not only by the ease of preparation, but that's why I been so spectacular that leave a few ingredients, some patience and love to do things, result ?, a cheesecake without biscuit base, nothing heavy, just right of sweetness, creamy texture and smoothness much to savor glory in your palate. RECIPE No. 144 - CHEESE CAKE WITHOUT BASE Servings: 8-10 servings Difficulty: Easy Preparation: 10 minutes oktoberfest 2012 Cooking time: 60 minutes Cost: Low Type: Sweet Family: Cakes Sub Family: Cheese Cooking: Oven INGREDIENTS 600g cream cheese ( Spreads Mascarpone, Philadelphia type ...) minimum 300 g cream 35% fat materials 180 gr sugar 3 fresh eggs 1 tbsp plain flour Blueberry jam (optional) greaseproof paper or baking parchment PREPARATION
5. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake at 200 degrees 50-60 minutes in the pre heated oven, the time depends on the oven, it is important not to open the oven door during cooking.
